A radical new production method is to be used to turn horse manure into a nutritious, high fibre breakfast cereal for humans.
Many horse owners are environmentally conscious so it is hoped that that they will appreciate the new cereal, Horseabix, which is made by extracting the fibrous content from equine droppings.
